Role Overview

Orders Jet is hiring a Senior Sales Account Manager to acquire and onboard restaurants and Hotels to our Solution (Web Ordering, QR Menu, Smart POS).

This role is responsible for building and executing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and scaling recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new B2B customers (restaurants, chains, hotels)
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up via WhatsApp, calls, and visits
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional features (AI, POS, branded apps)

 

Requirements

Must Have

  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Experience selling SaaS, POS, or tech solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup.
  • Transportation is a must.

 

 

Preferred

  • Experience in POS / FoodTech / SaaS
  • Existing network of restaurants
  • Field sales background
  • English is a plus

Compensation

  • Salary starts from 12K upon experience
  • Commission per restaurant onboarded
